Am I brave enough?

In a fit of bravery, I bought my first American Apparel purchase this past weekend.

(In silver lame')

I'm trying to figure out the best way to wear this so that at least part of it can be seen! After all, what's the point of buying silver lame' if no one will EVER see it? I love the look of big, slouchy tank tops with just the sides of a bra peeking out, so that might be something.

Any other tips or suggestions?

I have that in the dark purple lame (I wanted gold but they were sold out, so I settled). I wear it with white deep-v necks, but I think if I had one in a more versatile metallic like gold or silver I would find more ways to wear it...maybe with a drapey-necked dress or top?

I think that's the key....more articles of drapey clothing. I love the idea of pairing it with a deep-V neck top, though! I'll have to give that a shot. :)

Have you found that it's comfortable enough for all-day wear?

it's comfortable enough for me; I wear it as a strapless bra sometimes. I think it might depend on how big your boobs are though as to how comfortable it is...I'm a big B/small C (depending on the time of the month!) and I think it's comfortable but I can see how it wouldn't be for someone with more ample assets...

hahaha Well, being that I'm the exact opposite of "ample assets" (ahem), I don't think it should be too much of a problem for me. ;)

I'd wear it with anything with a deep v!

I'm hoping to pick one up in gold on my trip to Atlanta this weekend for a crazy black jumpsuit I just thrifted!

I have the same one in the pic and I love it---use it at the beach...on its own, with a see thru meshy sort of top, under the low cut AA bodysuits, so may options! Its also cute under the low cut deep V AA tops....unless you want the "bit more boobage" look....then dont wear anything under it!....lol

I think the key is that I just need more V-neck tops in general. I need to find SOMETHING!

Thanks for the tips!
